📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement business development strategies to drive growth and expansion of our corporate services in Bali.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, outreach, and strategic partnerships.
• Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional corporate secretarial, accounting, and tax services.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new revenue streams and growth opportunities.
• Monitor and report on business development activities to track progress and measure success.
• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and maintain our competitive edge.
• Represent One Tax CM at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build our brand and establish thought leadership.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing business development strategies.
• Strong understanding of the corporate services industry, including corporate secretarial, accounting, and tax services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
