HVAC Technician - Premium Mall Maintenance (Bali)

Join Summarecon, a leading property developer in Indonesia, as an HVAC Technician and play a critical role in maintaining the comfort and safety of our premium mall facilities across Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung). As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in our malls, ensuring that they operate efficiently and safely. You will work closely with a team of experts to keep our malls comfortable and running smoothly.

In this role, you will use industry-standard tools and software such as Autodesk AutoCAD, Microsoft Visio, and HVAC design software to create and maintain technical drawings and diagrams. You will also be required to obtain and maintain relevant certifications such as Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC) and HVAC System Design.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems in Summarecon's premium malls across Bali
• Ensure the efficient and safe operation of HVAC systems
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system issues
• Create and maintain technical drawings and diagrams using industry-standard software
• Collaborate with a team of experts to ensure the smooth operation of mall facilities
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC industry trends and technologies
• Provide excellent customer service to mall staff and management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry
• Relevant certifications such as Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (RAC) and HVAC System Design
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools and software such as Autodesk AutoCAD, Microsoft Visio, and HVAC design software
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Bali
• Familiarity with electrical systems and components
