📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and analyze cost data to identify areas for improvement
- Prepare and maintain cost reports and budgets
- Work with various departments to ensure cost-effective operations
- Support the finance team in accurate and timely financial reporting
- Assist in the development and implementation of cost control measures
- Conduct regular cost reviews and provide recommendations
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Provide support in the preparation of the annual budget
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in cost accounting or financial analysis
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel and SAP
- Understanding of financial statements and cost control principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
