📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing daily cash transactions and ensuring accuracy in financial records.,Overseeing the bank reconciliation process to maintain accurate financial records.,Training and supervising junior cashiers to ensure high performance standards.,Handling customer inquiries and resolving financial issues promptly.,Preparing and submitting financial reports to management.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures related to financial transactions.,Managing cash flow and ensuring adequate cash reserves.,Participating in budgeting and forecasting activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashiering and banking roles.,Proven leadership experience with the ability to train and supervise staff.,Strong knowledge of financial transactions and banking procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using financial software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local banking regulations and compliance requirements.,Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is a plus.
