📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.,Develop and implement nursing care plans in collaboration with the medical team.,Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.,Conduct staff training and development programs.,Manage the nursing schedule and ensure adequate staffing levels.,Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Nurse or similar role.,Certification in advanced nursing practices (e.g., ACLS, BLS, PALS).,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage and mentor nursing staff.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.,Experience in a hospital or healthcare facility setting is preferred.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
