The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site engineering and a proven track record of success in similar roles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and operation of the hotel facilities, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.,Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair tasks.,Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to identify and address any potential issues.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.,Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.,Manage the budget for facility maintenance and repairs.,Collaborate with the management team to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance and repair tasks.,Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for facility management.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive company vehicles.
