📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Design and implement performance management systems and processes.
• Develop and manage compensation strategies, including salary structures, bonuses, and benefits.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
• Analyze compensation data and market trends to ensure competitive and fair pay practices.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align compensation with business objectives.
• Design and deliver training programs for managers on performance management and compensation topics.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Monitor and report on key HR metrics related to performance and compensation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in performance management and compensation planning, preferably in a multinational or international company.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing performance management systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience with HRIS and compensation management software is a plus.
