📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and develop a team of staff, providing training, coaching, and performance evaluations.,Monitor and control inventory levels, ordering, and purchasing to ensure cost efficiency.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Maintain a clean and well-maintained restaurant, adhering to company standards and regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales performance.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Understanding of health and safety regulations, and food safety standards.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
