📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the strategic planning and implementation of company policies and objectives.,Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.,Manage and mentor a team of managers and supervisors.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Monitor financial performance and prepare reports for senior management.,Lead and coordinate special projects as required.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to mentor and develop staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Knowledge of financial management and accounting principles.,Understanding of quality management systems and ISO standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
