📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Follow food safety and hygiene protocols.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Prepare and maintain food presentation.,Work efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Participate in kitchen meetings and discussions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year experience as an Assistant Line Cook or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
