📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Instructor in planning, designing, and delivering training programs.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.,Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future initiatives.,Support the Head Instructor in managing and mentoring junior instructors.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures during training sessions.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of new training staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a similar role.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Proficient in using training software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Certification in training and development is a plus.
