📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all bunkering operations, ensuring adherence to safety and environmental regulations.
Manage vessel scheduling and fuel procurement to optimize operational efficiency.
Develop and implement cost management strategies to reduce bunkering expenses.
Collaborate with fleet managers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and smooth operations.
Leverage data analytics tools to monitor and improve bunkering performance.
Lead and mentor a team of bunkering specialists and support staff.
Ensure seamless integration of bunkering operations with fleet management systems.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in bunkering operations and fleet management.
Strong knowledge of international maritime regulations and safety standards.
Proficient in using bunkering management software such as BunkerMaster or similar.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Certification in ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management systems.
Familiarity with data analytics tools and techniques.
