📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and customer service,Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation,Manage inventory and ordering to maintain efficient operations,Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high service standards,Monitor sales and implement strategies to increase revenue,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field,Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting,Strong communication and leadership skills,Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and culinary trends
