📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Conduct job analyses and create job descriptions to ensure accurate representation of roles.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for the organization.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support.,Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs to ensure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Provide guidance and mentorship to junior recruiters in the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in leading recruitment teams.,Strong understanding of the local job market and ability to source and attract top talent.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.,Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
