📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and train staff to ensure they are meeting performance standards and delivering excellent customer service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all supplies are ordered and received in a timely manner.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is maintained in a safe and clean condition.,Develop and implement operational procedures and protocols to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategic initiatives to grow the business.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar role in the restaurant industry.,Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and inventory management.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software programs.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,High school diploma or equivalent, with additional training or certifications in restaurant management preferred.
