We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at Agung Gita Cafe & Coffee in Ambon. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and excellent customer service skills. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to both in-store and online customers.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of coffee and other beverages.,Maintain a clean and organized work area.,Promote our products and services to customers.,Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate sales records.,Participate in inventory management and stock control.,Assist in the training of new staff members.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
