📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Manage the accounting department's budget and resources.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and tax filings.,Provide training and mentorship to junior accounting staff.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data.,Stay updated with the latest accounting trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
