📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Executive Chef in planning, preparing, and executing daily menu items.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members.
  • Participate in the development and testing of new menu items.
  • Assist in the organization and execution of special events and banquets.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.
  • Strong knowledge of Western cuisine and techniques.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Valid food handler's certificate.
  • Previous experience in a luxury or high-end restaurant is a plus.
  • Ability to travel and work in multiple locations.
