Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Write user manuals, API documentation, and other technical documents,Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that technical documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy,Work with graphic designers and other stakeholders to create visually appealing and easy-to-use documentation,Provide technical writing training and support to other team members as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong knowledge of technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines,Strong attention to detail and ability to review and edit technical documentation,Experience in writing user manuals, API documentation, and other technical documents,Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies
