📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood development standards.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for children.
• Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with the teaching team to ensure consistent and high-quality education.
• Organize and lead group activities, games, and outings to enhance learning experiences.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education.
• Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, behavior, and development.
• Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for both children and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Pedagogy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development and learning theories.
• Certification in early childhood education (e.g., CPR, First Aid, or similar).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for working with children and a commitment to their well-being.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
