As an Assistant Finance/Accounting Manager, you will work closely with the Finance Director to manage accounting processes, financial reporting, and budgeting, using tools like QuickBooks and SAP.

In this role, you will handle daily financial transactions, prepare monthly and annual financial statements, and ensure accurate record-keeping. You will also assist in financial planning and analysis, providing valuable insights to support business decisions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support the Finance Director in financial planning and analysis.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using QuickBooks and SAP.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial statements.
• Provide financial support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 1 year in a management role.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks and SAP.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
