📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and customize ERP systems using BizApp ERP solutions to meet client-specific requirements.
• Integrate ERP systems with other business applications and third-party software.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of ERP systems.
• Monitor system performance and implement necessary updates and upgrades.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful ERP implementation and ongoing support.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in ERP technology.
• Document technical processes and create user manuals for reference and training purposes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP implementation and technical consulting.
• Proven expertise in BizApp ERP solutions or similar ERP systems.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
