📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide personalized financial planning and advice to clients in Jakarta Selatan and Depok.
• Assess clients' financial situations and develop tailored insurance and investment strategies.
• Conduct regular client meetings to review progress and adjust strategies as needed.
• Utilize Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics to manage client data and track performance metrics.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to offer the best advice.
• Train and mentor junior advisors to ensure high-quality service.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and promote financial products.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets to drive company growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial advisory or insurance sales.
• Certification in financial planning (CFP) or insurance (ACII) is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
• Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and market trends.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
