📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of electrical and mechanical systems, including motors, generators, and transformers.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Monitor and maintain utility systems, including water, steam, and compressed air systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to avoid unexpected breakdowns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of utility systems with other plant operations.
• Document all maintenance activities and keep records up to date.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency of utility systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
• Proficiency in using electrical and mechanical diagnostic tools, such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and thermal imaging cameras.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including motors, generators, transformers, and HVAC systems.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and standards, such as OSHA and ISO.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
